Smokin' Joe Seward patiently waits in the small cleaners shop.
He wears a Miller Lite T-Shirt and jeans
A young kid comes from the back of the store
With Joe's suit and several ties wrapped in plastic
The young kid takes the ticket and hands it to Joe
****
Young Kid - That will be thrity dollars sir. We cleaned everything up nice and had everything pressed really well for you.

Joe gives a smile
****
Joe - I'm a busy man nowadays. I need my suits all shined up and I need my ties looking their sharpest.

Joe - Peace!
Matt - Peace!
****
Joe steps out on to the sidewalk of Maple Street
The day is cool
There is a seventy percent chance of rain this particular afternoon
The clouds move in
****
Joe - By golly, I best get my top up on the ol' T-Bird before it starts ta pour rain everywhere.
****
With his suit and ties slung over his back in the plastic, Joe makes his way to a city lot.
In the last parking space sits a yellow 2003 Ford Thunderbird
The interior smells new
And the tires shine from a fresh coat of Armor All.
****
Joe - Holy Smokes! If it rains, my wash job is gonna be worthless.
****
Just then, a young, brunette, college gal, wearing a tank top and athletic shorts, riding a mountain bike, through the parking lot, spots Joe as he walks to his T-Bird.
She quickly rides over and stops her bike
****
College Gal - Oh my goodness!
Joe - Huh?
College Gal - Your Smokin' Joe Seward! Right? I mean, do you know who you are!
Joe - I think so.
College Gal - Your my favorite in all the world! I need an autograph, oh my, Tina will be so jealous! Can I have an autograph?!
Joe - Sure, let me get my pen.
****
Joe reaches into his pocket and produces the same pen
The young college gal reaches into a small, zipper, pouch on the front of her bike and reveals a piece of paper
****
College Gal - I will treasure this paper.
Joe - Okay, let me see now here. Follow me over ta my car. I'll sign it there for ya.
****
Joe walks over to his T-Bird and tosses his clothes in the backseat
The college gal rides over
****
Joe - What be your name?
College Gal - Rhonda.
****
Joe puts the paper down on the hood of the car and signs
To Rhonda
keep watchin
best wishes always now
Smokin' Joe Seward
Joe hands the paper back to Rhonda
****
Joe - There ya go!
Rhonda - I love you!
****
Rhonda leans over her mountain bike and gives Joe a small kiss
Joe laughs
****
Joe - Whoa! You take care now Rhonda.
Rhonda - I will. And just think about me if you get lonely at night. Thanks for the autograph! Tina will flip!
Joe - I will now. And you be most welcome now.
****
Rhonda rides off
****
Joe - Man, I'm old enough ta be her father. Gee Joe, ya sure do have some fans alright.
****
Joe hops into his T-Bird and turns the key
The motor can be heard as Joe pulls out onto Maple Street
On his way to Rampage
All the way across the country
And up above
The rain clouds have now suddenly cleared away
****
