(The scene opens outside on a patio. The house is older but in excellent shape, as it looks to have been redone. Joe sits on a wicker rocking chair wearing a pair of jean shorts and a Miller Lite T-Shirt. A change of pace from the usual suit and tie. As always, the Hardcore Title sits next to Joe, resting on a small table. Joe takes a sip of ice tea as Jeremy Cundiff comes out the front door. Jeremy has two brown bags and a bottle of milk. He sits down, on a chair next to Joe)

Joe - Did ya get em'?

Jeremy - Yeah, four chocolate long johns for you and two glazed for me.

(Jeremy hands Joe the bag of donuts before cracking open his milk)

Joe - Mmmmm I love there things now here.

Jeremy - What did you think of Rampage?

(Joe chews his donut)

Joe - Wild and crazy! That main event was somethin. Nicky Mills and Kevin Cosmos knocked out in the back. Somebody be up ta some mighty bad deeds round the UWA now here. Anyway, nuff bout that. How's that milk?

Jeremy - This milk is nice and cold.

Joe - That be alright.

(Jeremy and Joe share a moment of silence as they eat their donuts)

Joe - How did ya say ya got to the bakery?

Jeremy - I drove.

(Joe looks puzzled)

Jeremy - What?

Joe - I though you said your El Camino be gettin' some work done on it.

Jeremy - Yeah.

Joe - Then.

Jeremy - I took your Thunderbird!

(Joe gets a terrified look on his face)

Joe - My baby?!

Jeremy - Relax, I didnt take her over ninety.

Joe - ..My baby....

Jeremy - I got my El Camino back yesterday afternoon. Im just fooling you.

(Joe gets a look of relief on his face)

Joe - Oh!

Jeremy - Hey I have to, later today...

(Jeremys words are cut off by his cell phone ringing)

Jeremy - Yeah! Jeremy here!

(Joe finishes his donut as he listens to the conversation)

Jeremy - Okay.

Today?

Yeah I can get there!

Yes!

I'll take off in a little while.

Alright, see you later.

Bye.

Joe - Who that be on the phone?

Jeremy - I'll tell you later.  Right now I gotta head out to Parkersburg.

Joe -  You goin' to the gym?

Jeremy - No. I'm going to a restaurant. 

Joe -  How far are we from Parkersburg?

Jeremy - Three, maybe four hours. I know I would be back tracking but....

Joe - Naw if it be important, then you must go.  Just make sure ya know what ya be doin' and I'll be here if ya need me.   

Jeremy - Alright, I'll fill you in on the deatils later.

(With that, Jeremy gets up from his chair, grabbing his donuts and milk)

Jeremy - Take it easy Joe.

(Joe nods his head as Jeremy disappears through the front door)
